“ My girlfriend and I are coming to talk with other basset owners actually. We're planning on getting a basset puppy after we get married this summer and while I've read extensively on the breed, she's more inclined to asking owners face-to-face and finding out more about the breed that way. (which is odd because she's "a reader" and I won't pick up a book to save my life... HA!). We're really looking forward to it!! ”
